An activity that allows children to use bright-coloured food/fruit products to convey their happy thoughts.

Skill Level: Intermediate Suitable For: 4 - 5 years old Estimated Time: > 30 mins Environment: Indoors


  • Collection of various food/fruits

  • Small knife (with parental guidance)

  • Small spoon

Step 1:

Wash, dry and cut the food/fruits.

Step 2:

Choose a plain (preferably white) coloured plate/tray according to the amount of fruits/food bought. Line the food/fruit products on the plate/tray.

Step 3:

Invite the child to create happy thoughts with the food/fruit.
